Returns & Exchanges

At La Fille D’or, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive.

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear unboxing video and images

  • Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (unless damaged or defective)

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to:

    • The original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For defective or incorrect orders, return shipping costs will be reimbursed

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
